1000 words is the lower limit. You can write however much you want to over that. Want to write 1001, that's fine, want to write 15 000, that's fine too.

Don't forget, if you're having trouble with writing more than 1000 words, you can write both prompts, the total word number just has to add up to over 1000 words.
