Looking for betas
Jun. 12th, 2007 08:43 amSome people won't have a beta for their story.
So, if you can beta, please reply to this post.
You can specify how many people you are willing to beta for, whether you are willing to beta slash, gen, femmeslash or het.
Once you no longer want to beta, reply to your comment saying so.
If you are looking for a beta, and can't find one later on, reply to this post, and I'll see what I can find.

And of course, don't ask the person you are writing for to beta for you.

Date: 2007-06-12 02:32 am (UTC)I am willing to beta any genre; however, my beta-ing skills are limited to spelling, usage and grammar. I don't think I would be any help in development of plot-lines or characterization. I am an NCIS fan, so I am familiar with the characters and their usual work, I just don't develop creative ideas that have to do with words. (Sorry if that sounded oddly leading; I'm a visual artist.)
Since I haven't betaed before, I'm not sure how many I can handle; better start with one.

Date: 2007-06-12 02:50 am (UTC)I'll do pretty much anything, but femmeslash, though I prefer slash or gen.
I'm pretty new to NCIS fandom, although not to being a beta, so I'm mostly limited to spelling, usage, and grammar. I have seen all 4 seasons, though, and I know my canon, so no problems there.

Date: 2007-06-12 09:41 am (UTC)I've watched every episode except Hiatus One and Two, so canon questions aren't a problem!
I'm not too fussed by how many. My email is nyc_iby@hotmail.com
I don't bite! ;)
