The Future of the Ficathon

The last time I did a poll regarding the ficathon's future, sadly only 10 people voted that yes, they would sign up, and the majority of folks wanted to wait with the next round until sometime this year.

So, I'm putting out feelers once again!

We will need a certain number of people signing up because otherwise matching writers and recipients will be next to impossible.

Please note that the month mentioned in the poll would be the month of actual posting!

Example:
If you voted for May, the schedule would go something like this:
- end of February/beginning of March: sign-ups
- mid-March: assignments are sent out
- six weeks of writing
- beginning of May: posting begins

I'm one of those people who: if you run a challenge, I will come. I'll work with whatever dates you decide upon.
I notice a previous ficathon I participated in was due in November...so the second half of the year would be fine. I did find that after Nov. is difficult with the impending holidays.
