Happy writing!!! This year some of the match ups were very hard, so some of you may have ended up with prompts that will make you think a bit. Hopefully that'll end up being a good and fun thing. ;-)
Mid July I will be putting up a post/emailing/commenting on your LJ (in that order) to check where you are up to on your progress (which basically I just want to know, 'yes, I'm still alive and still intending to write and post for the ficathon'). If I get no reply and can see activity in your LJ (you're making posts) I will think about putting the prompts you're writing for to a pinch hitter. And yes, this does sometimes happen (people who just completely ignore me after the due date), which is why I really want to get pinch hitters if it all possible before the due date. I would rather know that you don't have time to write and won't be writing something before the date of posting than have you just ignore me.
