Pinch hit written for:

Prompt: After a series of long cases in bad weather, Gibbs collapses. He has pneumonia. After he checks himself out of the hospital against advice, he gets home by Ducky only to find Tony there with coffee in hand. He's moved into the guest room and plans to stay to look after Gibbs. Get together fic, please?
Archive: Nah, I'll post it myself.
Word count: around 7,000
Pairing: pre-Gibbs/Tony
Genre: hurt/comfort, schmoop
Rating: R, to be on the safe side
Author's Notes: I'm sorry I couldn't write any of your "first choice" prompts, but the crossovers didn't work for me. :-( I intented to write the "Turner & Hooch" prompt, but the darn mutt was being recalcitrant to the point that I finally threw my hands in the air in frustration and grabbed another prompt. But I swear I'm going to write the Hooch one someday, it's just too good to pass up! LOL!
Also sorry that it took me so long to finish this, but I hope you like it anyway. :-)
Special thanks to
redblack32 for beta and medical advice. :-)
Disclaimer: I don't own any of the characters. Woe is me! :-(
Summary: Sometimes, TLC is the best medicine.
